The host was friendly and the location made it easy to reach transport services. Being a basement, the phone line was spotty and even the Wi‑Fi was unreliable at night.

The place is practically attached to a bar. I stayed three nights and each night there was unacceptable noise until 4 a.m. Alone it’s tolerable, but with kids it’s unbearable. The owner should mention this in the description so guests can decide.

The room is spacious, well finished, and functional; a few small tweaks (which Mr Giovanni already planned) would make it unbeatable. Mr Giovanni was always very helpful and courteous. Minor details were missing, like a coat hook at the entrance and in the bathroom. The memory foam double mattress was a bit too soft for me, as I’m used to much firmer orthopedic beds, so I slept on the sofa bed, which was very comfortable.

The place is very nice, the guy was extremely kind and met all my needs! Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect.
