Consequently, no new bookings can be made and existing reservations cannot be honored. The Park Hotel Mauer is a great choice for anyone seeking a hassle‑free stay. The contactless check‑in and check‑out worked flawlessly, making the whole process very smooth. Communication was excellent, both via message and phone, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when I needed to keep my room a bit longer than usual—no problem at all, handled flexibly. The room itself was attractive and functional, and the whole building was clean and well maintained, which is crucial for me. I knew in advance that the hotel did not offer a breakfast, and that was no drawback. A bakery nearby offers a truly large and tasty selection that satisfies every craving. The hotel’s central location is a real plus: restaurants, Heuriger, cafés, and shops are all within a few minutes’ walk.
