The location is excellent! The staff were very friendly and attentive, especially Beatriz and her colleague during breakfast, and Victor at the front desk. We were given a room that really should not have existed—right next to the elevator on the first floor—so the noise from people, the elevator, and those trying to open the door was totally unpleasant!

The location is great and everything downtown Seville is within walking distance, right by the cathedral and the hot spots. The walls of the room are too thin; I could not sleep because I could hear the person in the room beside me snoring, and I could hear everything they were doing in the other room, so I got very little sleep.

In the historic center, the reception was very kind. The breakfast was superb with a very long opening time, and check‑out was convenient before 12. The staff were very friendly and smiling.

Great location in old city close to restaurants and gardens. Very helpful staff (special mention Vincent and Maria). Shower head was broken
