“Repetiríamos”

I slept on comfy beds, had hot water, and the front desk was open 24/7; the staff were incredibly friendly and offered free coffee, tea, and cookies. They even kept my luggage until I was ready to board, and the hotel is just a 5‑minute walk from Tromsø’s city centre. The building feels a bit old, and the bathroom is also dated, but it was very clean and the water was hot.

“Amazing stay”

We were upgraded to an apartment free of charge, which was thoughtful since availability was an issue. It really helped with our schedule and habits. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, warm and cozy. At 5 pm they always have traditional Norwegian waffles you can make yourself, plus all‑day tea, coffee, and cookies. The staff were very polite and thoughtful. The only personal preference issue was that we have a double bed and don’t usually sleep with two separate single duvets (we managed anyway). The pillows were a bit too soft for us, though others might like them. The microwave was not clean when we arrived; we cleaned it ourselves, but it would be good for staff to check all corners for future guests. There was also a pack of candies from previous guests under the bed, which we threw away. The bathroom light switch required a secret code—tapping several times before it turned on—so it might help to have someone look at it.

The location and parking were top. The bathroom was in bad condition, the faucet was leaking, the glass was broken, and the outlets were not very secure.

The staff were very friendly. The space behind the bathroom glass door was very small.

The location in the center was great. Parking was quite expensive, and there was no shampoo.
