We had the most magical time at Capim Limão, hiking in the local mountains and heading out to the Paredes de Coura festival, all fueled by the fabulous food at the country house. The room was perfect with many lovely touches—wonderful vinho verde, cherries on ice. Our first‑night dinner was a beautiful, simple grilled fish cooked to perfection. The hosts were so welcoming they made us feel right at home. No complaints.
