The rooms were a bit spacious, which I appreciated. The breakfast venue usually looks like a lounge, with local books on display that you can read freely. I read “Dazai Osamu” by Iwafuji Mushi, and it was really interesting. The free breakfast was a bit crowded during the long weekend, but it was tasty and satisfying. The location was spot on. Also, the original pillow was a bit low, but it was low‑rebound and slept better than the usual fluffy pillows you find in most hotels.

I liked the clean rooms, the low price, the welcome drink, and the fact that the station is close so you can walk to a bunch of shops right away. The parking was also a plus. The breakfast quality felt lower than when I stayed during the pandemic, which was a bit disappointing. The dining area became very cramped, and the little kids were crying loudly, which was hard to ignore.
