The FJ Manila may not be a five‑star hotel, but it really has everything thanks to the best staff I’ve ever met, and even after staying there multiple times I’m still amazed by their service level. Their motto, “your home away from home,” perfectly captures how it feels when you’re there. The place is always spotless, convenient, and every need is met in record time. The front desk and maintenance team are all incredible, and I’m grateful to each of them and can’t wait to return. We had a wonderful stay at FJ Manila. The staff earned a 10/10 for hospitality—they’re warm, accommodating, and always ready to help with a smile. The roof deck is the highlight, offering a breathtaking, unobstructed view of Mayon Volcano. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the traditional Filipino breakfast with local coffee was delicious. Just remember the building is a bit older and has no elevator, so you’ll need to climb stairs. Still, for the great price, prime location, and top‑tier customer service, it’s an absolute steal. We’ll definitely come back!
