I absolutely loved my stay at Courtyard Shenzhen! The location is fantastic—perfect for exploring Shenzhen in any direction, and trips to Hong Kong or Macau are incredibly convenient. The restaurant serves genuinely great food, but what really makes this hotel stand out is the staff. They are simply amazing, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything you need. Great location, great food, and exceptional service. Definitely a hotel I’d be happy to return to!

The place is clean, well‑located and the breakfast restaurant is comfortable. The breakfast selection could be a bit more varied.

Great hotel and facilities. The staff were very friendly and could communicate well in English or with a translator—no problem at all. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of western options. The location was very convenient for business meetings. Laundry was efficient. The fitness room was good! Housekeeping did a great job every day.
