The location was super convenient for getting into the city and the parking service was excellent. The pool was tiny and almost unusable, and the rooms were cramped. The air‑conditioning made a lot of noise; the units should be replaced.

The place was in a great spot near Merida’s central square, housed in a very interesting historic building, and the parking with valet service was comfortable. The building wasn’t kept in the best condition; the pool and room cleaning left something to be desired. Breakfast was decent but nothing special.

The hotel felt authentically quaint and boutique, right in the town center. The staff and restaurant were excellent. The A/C was a bit tricky to set up, but it worked fine.

The hotel was very well situated, especially in a charming old cloister. The room was very plain, with little light, little water provided, and the climate control was noisy.
