Staff was good. Breakfast was good. Room wasn't clean. Too old and doesn't feel like 5 star
The ambiance was amazing, and there was nothing negative.
“Amazing staff”
The hotel staff were amazing—Roshan, Disha, Tarun, Pooja, and everyone else—great people who made us laugh a lot, and the pool and spa were great, but the facilities were broken and lacking maintenance.
The stay was very comfortable and the staff were really great—special thanks to Pankaja and Disha 👍👍.
