The hotel is very nice and in a great location, with helpful staff and a nice restaurant, offering great value for money; I highly recommend it.

The staff were good, but the property is very old and in bad condition; the profile claimed a hot tub and other facilities that are missing, so it needs a complete overhaul.

The location and restaurant served good food, the staff were helpful and the room was large. I visited in March and the room and hotel areas were very cold; I asked for a heater but it only warmed the area in front of it, never the whole room. Even though they gave an ETA, the room lacked basics like a kettle and tea‑making facilities. When they finally brought these, they seemed to expect a tip for providing the basics listed on the booking website, and toilet roll was rationed.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to its excellent location and ample parking space. The room size was perfect, and the property was well-maintained and spotless. The staff were extremely friendly and courteous, making my stay even more enjoyable. However, I did find the mattress to be somewhat lacking, and it would have been a nice touch to have an electric kettle in the room for convenience.
