I was terrified by the staff here; they tried to rip me off. They claimed I had stained the sheets and demanded 30 €—something I’d never heard of, yet I paid. The next day they pushed again, this time asking for 60 €. Realizing it was a scam, I refused. Do not book this place.

The price was cheap, the staff polite, and the comfort was okay, but the location was horrible with lots of noise and it sits in an underprivileged area.

When we entered the hotel, the bed was full of hair and the room was very dirty; we told reception and they swapped the room but the new one was no different, the gentleman at night was friendly but I cannot say the same about the morning staff, the only positives were the breakfast and the hotel’s location.
