“素敵なホテル”

The room was clean, the toilet was separate, and the bath and washbasin were also separate—this layout is great and I’d definitely stay again.

The tatami section of the room was relaxing; even though some hotels have sofas, tatami is preferable. A minor annoyance was that the refrigerator's outer door turns from right to left, while the fridge door itself opens left to right, making it a bit awkward to use.

My son’s family and I, five in total, stayed here and the living room was huge and comfortable. With multiple bathrooms, we didn’t have to worry about other guests and could use them whenever we wanted. The bedrooms were spaced out enough to provide privacy, making the stay very pleasant. The staff were also very friendly. The only downside was the light rain typical of Karuizawa; it would have been nice if umbrellas for rent were readily available instead of having to call staff to borrow one.
