The staff provided great service and everything was tidy and spotless.
The hotel is just a stone’s throw from the shopping street, the staff are extremely friendly, the rooms are in great condition, and being on a high floor gave me a fantastic view of Sun Moon Lake; the only downside is that the parking lot is off‑site.

What a wonderful hotel! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed. The reception staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful—always smiling and always happy to assist with anything we needed. The hotel itself is beautiful, warm, and inviting. The room was lovely, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the location is perfect. But what made this place truly special was the feeling—we genuinely felt at home here. We originally booked only two nights, but we enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to add another night and stay for three nights in total. We simply didn’t want to leave! We are currently on a two‑month trip and have already stayed in around 15 different hotels, and without a doubt, this has been the best hotel of our entire trip so far. A truly wonderful place with wonderful people. We highly recommend it from the bottom of our hearts.
