The staff were very kind, warm and helpful. The towels and sheets were dingy and often times stained/dirty

The place is huge and the staff, especially Diego, is brilliant and a wonderful person. The only downside might be the towels.

The front desk was helpful, the location is great, everything was spotless, and the kitchen had all the supplies we needed; we made good use of the cooking and drinkware. The walls are a bit thin, so we used the earplugs the hotel gave us—thankfully they were there!

Location was fine. At Casa Cibeles, there is no sense of flexibility, empathy, or customer service. We had to end our stay early for reasons beyond our control, and even after notifying reception, the response felt robotic and lacking common sense: “Everything must be done through the platform.” Even after changing through the platform, they insisted on keeping us charged for two nights at 100 %. Their reply was cold and came via an email through Booking, because they couldn’t even talk to us in person. They didn’t care that we were repeat guests or why we were leaving early. I do not recommend this place; if you can, go elsewhere.
