The rooms were tiny and not worth the price.

I liked the spot—just a stone’s throw from Lulu Mall—but it was packed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were dirty, the bathroom was filthy, and there was no cleaning service. I stayed for 3 days.

The location sits right across from Lulu Mall, the biggest Lulu in Kochi, and the reception staff were very professional. Nothing negative.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the prices were reasonable. However, during the peak summer there was no chilled water, and the hot water that did come out of the tap was unnecessarily hot.
