The location is amazing, breakfast was very good, and the room was large and clean.

Breakfast was quite good without being pushy, especially considering the extra cost; the location is perfect for nature lovers, although the weekend was crowded and parking was difficult, the dinner was also very nice. I was generally satisfied, but perhaps a bit more could be done with the P. conditions.

The hotel is in an interesting spot, the lakes are a plus, the reception staff are very friendly and helpful at breakfast. The hotel is old and definitely needs a renovation; the on‑site restaurant leaves much to be desired. The waiter was unsure about what I ordered, and after being told there were no pierogi, he suggested I take a plate from the partner’s dish. The pierogi were served with my husband’s meal, and I asked about it twice, but the waiter’s tone was irritated. He even threatened to throw a plate at me if I wanted the pierogi. At least the pierogi were edible, but the rest was a disaster: the duck was dry, the sauce seemed from a package, the red cabbage was overcooked. We left hungry, with only the starter holding up. Breakfast is usually calm; the listed price is €12.50 per person, but the final bill was €28 for two. We won’t recommend or return; it definitely does not deserve four stars.

“Jederzeit wieder. Ich habe für meine Angehörigen gleich wieder gebucht.”

The surroundings were great, the staff attentive, the food tasty, and pets were welcome. I was disappointed that there was no cake in the afternoon and had to go to a nearby café instead.
