The room was nice, but they didn't accommodate us properly and I had to pay out of pocket to stay at the beach.

Breakfast was excellent and a great value, and the hotel seemed to be the nicest on the beach by far. Service on the beach was great, and the ample free parking was a huge plus. Everything on site was clean and well equipped. However, the drinks at the bar/restaurant were very light on alcohol; the margaritas were basically $10 frozen lemonades. Coupled with the rule that no outside alcohol is allowed in rooms, you’re forced to use their limited beer & wine mini‑bar or go elsewhere.

The location was good, but in the end we were charged for snacks we didn't eat, and they couldn't offer a solution, so we ended up paying for them to avoid wasting more time.

The staff’s warmth and close attention were incredible. I loved everything; nothing was off-putting.
