The staff were very kind and helpful, the setting was welcoming, and the neighborhood stayed quiet even at night. In the common area, the temperature was set to 22 degrees but couldn’t be increased or turned off, so it felt quite cold.

The only thing I liked was the cleanliness. The booking process was a nightmare: we had to provide a lot of data, pay a non‑refundable damage insurance of 28 euros for one room, and authorize a refundable 100‑euro card hold for another room if there were no damages; we had to print documents, take selfies, and do all this before we could get the codes to enter. The property was in a renovated garage or storage area with no windows to open, and until the owner responded to adjust the air conditioning we were sweltering for an entire afternoon. A double room cost 96 euros, yet there are hotels offering breakfast for 105 euros. Moreover, at 9:50 the cleaning ladies knocked on the door to remind us to leave the room. I’m sorry, but it was a terrible experience.
