The linen was clean and the night‑shift lady was kind, but the place felt more like a shady old building than a hotel, the room door wouldn’t lock, it reeked of old trains, furniture and cigarettes, the parking was on a narrow street, and I stayed only because I was too exhausted to drive elsewhere.

The value for money was good and they were available for a late check‑in, the room’s theme was original, yet the bathroom was cramped and there was a cigarette smell when I entered the room.
