I booked the Grand Nikko Sathorn for my father’s July 2026 stay and he had a fantastic time; the room was comfortable, the location on Sathorn Road is excellent, and the staff were very friendly. There was a small issue with the TV mount in his room, but the team handled it quickly and professionally, even apologizing with a generous gift of chocolates that he really appreciated. I’ll stay here myself next time I’m in Bangkok.

The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious, and I loved all the details and services; the breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had, making our stay great. The downside is there’s no balcony and not a lot of door space.

The staff’s service was wonderful and I had a pleasant stay; breakfast was mainly Western but also included Japanese and Thai dishes, all excellent and a daily highlight. The pool looks beautiful at night, so you should definitely bring a swimsuit.

I loved the excellent service, calm atmosphere, and that it wasn’t too crowded; the pool view was amazing, and I really appreciated that the meat is halal. The breakfast could have a few more options, but overall we had a lovely stay!
