“Ótimo! Conforto garantido”

The room was huge and cozy, with plenty of towels and pillows, and a comfortable bed. Everything was spotless, so I could relax and rest easily. The location was unbeatable, letting me walk around the whole city and be near many famous attractions. The key‑pickup system at a different address was a bit annoying because we had heavy luggage to move from one place to another. Also, even though the building had an elevator, it was unusable (I knew that beforehand, but it was on the ante‑penultimate floor).

The room’s décor and location were great. But the constant traffic heading into the city centre (shouting) and loud music from the street below kept going until late at night.

“Lovely place and in close proximity to many restaurants and shopping areas. Walking distance to main train station”

We liked where the place was. A slightly bigger fridge and a coffee‑making station would have been nice. It sat on a busy road, so it was noisy despite the double‑glazed windows and being on the 4th floor. The elevator didn’t work, so we had to walk up several levels.
