“Not for young children. Only stay if you’re an adult.”
We booked this place claiming we had three kids aged 5, 3 and 4 months, yet the property was meant for adults or older children; it was impossible for a young family to stay. The apartment was two flights of internal stairs up, no direct outdoor access, had breakable and sharp items left out, was filthy, and the photos didn’t specify which unit we’d rented (just that it was the biggest one), so we were shocked by what we actually got. We couldn’t stay and have since asked for a refund.
