“Soggiorno a 5 min da Asola”
A lovely spot right in the middle of Sorbara, a pass‑through village just 5 min from Asola’s center. We were a couple and stayed one night from Saturday to Sunday in a twin room with two single beds because they had no double beds left. The fenced parking was a big plus, especially since we were traveling with a motorcycle and a van, so safety was a priority. The room was very pretty with a slightly vintage vibe, complete with bedside tables, TV, AC, and a private bathroom that had a shower, bidet, sink, and toilet. In the bathroom we found a nice complimentary set, and in the room there were two small bottles of water – one still and one sparkling – plus a breakfast that wasn’t scheduled for Sunday, with two juice cartons and two pre‑packed croissants. For dinner I strongly recommend the Gastaldo restaurant across from the hotel – it’s delightful, and their handmade pasta is outstanding. The only thing I found slightly less appealing was the bed, which wasn’t very comfortable, and the pillows were very thin. I could have asked for more pillows, but I thought of it too late and the receptionist had already left. Overall, staying one night was more than fine.
