“Fantastyczne miejsce, polecam !!!”

The place was fantastic, with a charming, peaceful setting that offered beautiful city views. The experience was wonderful and staying among the locals was a treat; I’d recommend it to everyone! The house was spotless, well‑equipped, and atmospheric, surrounded by a cared‑for garden. Owner Anna was very friendly and professional, looking forward to our arrival. It’s a unique, original spot and I’ll definitely return.

“Cozy apartment with nice garden in a quiet neighborhood”

The place was roomy, spotless, and had a cozy vibe; my daughter was thrilled with the stuffed animals. Check‑in and check‑out were smooth, and the host was friendly and helpful. We returned after a few days to stay through the rainy period. The Wi‑Fi was a bit spotty, but usually worked fine.

“En hauteur à Koutaïssi”

The host was very available, responsive, and spoke English. The location was very quiet (despite a neighbor doing drilling and saw work with a drill and saw until almost 1 a.m. during the two nights we stayed). It’s close to the cathedral and a market (both within walking distance). The courtyard is nicely decorated. The nightly price (which raised my rating) was fair. The room had a damp smell—probably because the ground‑floor unit was built in an old cellar—and there were no shutters or small lights, which would have made the two rooms more comfortable. The double bed was really squeaky and uncomfortable.

Thanks a lot for the great communication. The apartment is superb. Clean, homely, in its own conditions. Homey.

Warm host. Screens in the windows against insects. Very comfortable bed.
