The place was tidy, the room stayed cool, the shower was fine and the bed was comfortable, and the staff were pretty friendly. I did feel the price was high for what you actually get; everything seemed a bit worn and not fresh. It was odd that the entrance was in a shopping centre, and smokers are treated like criminals, forced to stand in a cramped alleyway that keeps moving so cars can pass—definitely not relaxing. A shaded sitting area would be nice for the price people are paying.
