Everything ran smoothly. The host welcomed us, showed us the room, offered water, and gave us tips on where to go and what to watch out for. The room was tidy with a balcony. The most important thing was that on our last day she kept our luggage so we could take one final walk before our afternoon flight. I highly recommend it for anyone wanting to see Rome.

A spacious room with a balcony that was soundproof, making it easy to sleep. Gaia gave great restaurant suggestions. It’s a 10‑12 minute walk from Tiburtina station, though Sunday bus service can be unreliable. We were unlucky to find the lift stuck on the first floor, but Sandro quickly fixed it.

Location, early check‑in, cleaning, and apartment layout were all good. No negatives.

The place was very clean and comfortable. The staff were great. We also didn’t have any trouble asking for a different check‑in time because of a flight change, which we really appreciated.
