Everything was very clean and organized, but the fan wasn't working.

The lady at reception went above and beyond her duties. I was exhausted after a long day walking the Camino. She helped me with the codes which I had promptly forgotten and she saved my knee with an ice bag, because I had bashed it at the beginning of the day. A big thank you!
