The staff at this hotel were very responsive and polite, which was a definite highlight of my stay. However, I had an issue with the toilet flush being slow, and although they attempted to fix it, the problem persisted. What was a bit surprising was that they didn't offer to move me to a different room, which I think would have been a more effective solution.

I had a rather disappointing stay at this hotel, despite its convenient location near some great restaurants. Unfortunately, my room didn't have hot water for a shower, and the hallways had a strong unpleasant odor. The floors were also dirty, which added to the overall impression that almost everything was unclean and not up to standard.
