The check‑in was easy and the staff were great, but the breakfast never offered a dairy‑free option and the staff seemed clueless about allergies, even suggesting food that could have been lethal for someone in my party, which could have caused a serious medical emergency if we hadn't noticed.

Location. This hotel is right where we need it to be. Also, as repeat guests, the staff know us. BRING BACK THE COTTON SHEETS11. Micro fiber sheets last longer. I get the economic benefit of that. However, the experience of sleeping on them is like sleeping in a garbage bag. The sheets are made of plastic. They are hot. They don't breathe. I don't care about anything else. If you can't sleep well in a hotel, nothing else matters
