The location is great and breakfast was lovely, served in the eaves. However, the whole place feels a bit shabby compared to the photos, and the back garden needs tidying. When we arrived at the scheduled time the door was locked; we eventually found a faded notice with a number to ring. Someone finally came to reception but was extremely frosty with us.

The location was excellent and the outdoor area was well maintained and inviting; the breakfast was very good and plentiful. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I would go back immediately. Highly recommended. I was satisfied with everything and there were no shortcomings.
