The sheets had cigarette holes, some outlets didn't function at all, nightstands were in bad condition, and the staff seemed reluctant to be there.

When I arrived, the only lamp in the room was unplugged and lacked light bulbs; the microwave pretended to work, made noises, but never heated food; the website claimed there was a coffee maker, yet none existed; many homeless people loitered nearby as if they lived on the premises.

The price was good, but there was no phone or hairdryer in the room, towels were dirty, soap was open and already used, there was no ice bucket, the beds were very uncomfortable, the location was sketchy, and the pool was closed.
