“Amazing accommodation in the hotel”
Everything was perfect, nothing was lacking.
We spent nine nights at Twinpalms Surin Beach in August 2026 and found the experience absolutely fantastic. The resort strikes a perfect balance between serenity and liveliness, blending contemporary style with Thai touches; the large pool, framed by palms and gardens, was the highlight, open from sunrise until midnight. Our room opened almost directly onto the pool, and the spacious terrace, tucked among the lush foliage, offered a quiet spot to unwind. The daily complimentary fruit buffet was a refreshing treat, and the free shuttle linking the three Twinpalms sister hotels let us easily switch beaches or clubs. The staff truly made us feel at home, especially Ms Wansa, who anticipated our needs, arranged our Phuket day trips and handled every request—big or small—with professionalism and courtesy. Thank you, Wansa! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and wholeheartedly recommend Twinpalms Surin Beach; hopefully we’ll be lucky enough to return someday. 🌺🌺🌺

From the instant we stepped through the doors until the morning we checked out, everything felt outstanding. The team greeted us warmly and looked after us throughout. Our room was gorgeous, impeccably clean and supremely comfy. Every breakfast and dinner we ate tasted fantastic and were top‑quality. The spa turned out to be one of the highlights of our Phuket visit. The resort’s vibe was calm, classy and genuinely luxurious. A big thank‑you to the whole staff for making the trip unforgettable. There really isn’t a real gripe, but if I must note something, the sea off Surin Beach was a bit choppy during our days there, which is obviously out of the hotel’s hands.

Fabulous 5 Star resort close to beach, with an amazing swimming pool. Great that the resort has reciprocity with 2 of it's other properties, Catch Beach Club and the Lazy Coconut, which are right on the beach. A well equipped gym. Staff were very friendly, helpful and provided useful recommendations. A quality, high standard resort with an excellent location to Surin Beach. Nothing
