I was initially drawn to this hotel by its friendly staff, who were indeed very welcoming and attentive. However, upon closer inspection, I was disappointed to find that the hotel didn't quite live up to my expectations. The staff's efforts were unfortunately overshadowed by the hotel's lack of notable features. Despite their best efforts, I left feeling somewhat underwhelmed.

My recent stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable, thanks in large part to the warm and welcoming staff. They were always available to assist me and made me feel right at home. The hotel itself was pleasant, but nothing particularly stood out. Overall, the staff's kindness made up for any minor shortcomings.
