“Hotel tradicional, con bonitas vistas y cena exquisita”

The traditional room was simple, yet the views of Takayama were beautiful, and soaking in the bathtub with those sights was amazing. The highlight, however, was the traditional dinner with many dishes we could enjoy calmly and with exquisite service. Because of communication issues with the front desk staff, we didn’t understand the public onsen hours and missed it. Even though we used the transfer to the station, we couldn’t reach them to arrange pickup; they didn’t reply to Booking messages.

Une vraie immersion japonaise et un dépaysement total ! Cette auberge traditionnelle est incroyablement authentique. J'ai séjourné dans une chambre très spacieuse, calme et particulièrement reposante. Même si le futon était un peu fin, j'ai tout de même réussi à très bien y dormir. Le point fort reste sans aucun doute la baignoire dans la chambre, qui offre une vue spectaculaire. Située sans les hauteurs de Takayama, l'auberge dispose d'une magnifique terrasse, idéale en fin de journée pour admirer le coucher de soleil. De plus, les yukatas mis à disposition pour être portés au sein de l'établissement sont un vrai plus très appréciable. Le personnel s'est également montré d'une grande gentillesse. C'est l'endroit parfait pour se ressourcer loin du bruit. Je recommande vivement !. Rien

“Ottimo ryokan rilassante”

The meals, especially the very traditional dinner, were delicious. The staff were friendly and always available. I asked for breakfast at 7 and they accommodated me since my train was at 8. The private onsen is worth trying. A few extra towels and a welcome kit would be nice.

It’s isolated in the mountains, a precise traditional experience with tasty food and helpful staff. The hotel is a bit old but not at a level that bothered me.

“Buena experiencia”

The hotel is very well equipped. We took the simple room that had 2 comfortable futons, a bathroom, and even a terrace! Public onsens are included with the reservation, and you can book a private onsen for 40 minutes for 1000¥, which I highly recommend! The room had a shower and bathtub. The bathtub was dirty.
