The self‑check‑in idea was appealing, the room was clean, and the breakfast staff were very attentive. The location was awful, right on the road, extremely noisy, making it impossible to sleep. When I tried self‑check‑in, no one was there to open the hotel door or help me, and the room smelled of chlorine.

Right off the bus stop, the breakfast was excellent and the staff were very nice, and I could sit on the balcony and enjoy the view.

The breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly. The room had everything and was clean, the large balcony and view were great. However, there was a brown high‑floor carpet in the room that stank terribly – a hotel carpet is already a no‑go, but a high‑floor one is absolutely horrible. Imagine what could be hiding under it and how problematic it is to clean. We can only say: get rid of it! Also, we really couldn’t get used to the self‑check‑in; our name was entered incorrectly. In a hotel you want to feel welcomed and be able to ask questions. If we had known it was self‑check‑in at booking, we wouldn’t have booked.

Self‑check‑in was very seamless. Breakfast was tasty, the toilet was spacious, and the view from the top was fantastic. The sofa bed had a slight dent in the middle, so it wasn’t the most comfortable.
