The service staff were friendly and kind, but on the steep path, there was no elevator to carry luggage, which felt like a mistake being punished.

It was fun, but the mountain lodge was lacking.

The staff were helpful and welcoming, the mattress was very comfortable, the sleeping area was cozy, the neighbourhood was quiet, and the location was good with regular buses to and from the station. However, there were only a few toilet and shower facilities, mainly on the 3rd floor.
