The location, the availability of all necessary dishes, and appliances are good. The boiler is noisy, the toilet flushes weakly and is noisy, the curtain was a bit higher because of that, and water slightly leaked outside the shower area.

“Huge 2BR apartment but far from town”

I booked a large 2BR unit that had everything I needed, but the location was far from town and hard to locate—Google Maps couldn’t pinpoint the address, which was confusing. The unit lacked soundproofing; I could hear neighbors talking, snoring upstairs, and a baby crying nearby, though it mostly quieted after 1am.

Everything was flawless! The owner was incredibly kind and friendly. For the price, we received an entire house with a yard and breathtaking mountain views. The house was spotless and well maintained. Thank you!

The accommodation was beautiful, set in a stunning location on the outskirts of Borjomi. The host was very welcoming, communicated excellently, and even treated us to some wine. The property was tastefully furnished, pleasantly cool, and made for a very comfortable stay. I would highly recommend it.
