I was left with a nasty place full of roaches, old carpet, old AC units, and hard beds that I left in just ten minutes because people were hanging out everywhere.

The price was pretty decent and the AC worked well even with Texas heat, yet the property feels unsafe; the side exterior door that once required a key card now just opens, it smelled of marijuana while we were there, and I felt uncomfortable leaving my room at night—definitely not a place for families.
