“¡Una estancia maravillosa!”

What a fantastic stay! The house is lovely, tastefully decorated, and surrounded by a beautiful setting. The pool is spotless and perfect for unwinding. Each morning I enjoyed great breakfasts on the porch with high‑quality products and stunning views. Marta (and her family) were exceptional hosts, always ready to help without being intrusive. The only drawback is that you need to drive to eat or dine, but Marta’s restaurant recommendations were spot‑on, so that wasn’t an issue. Totally recommend it!

The location on the hills is fantastic. The restoration of the old forge was done with great care and offers excellent comfort; the rooms are tastefully furnished and the pool provides a superb end‑to‑day relaxation. The owners are available for any request yet practically invisible. The breakfast with local products is a must‑try. The TV is useless… it’s in every open window whether it’s morning or evening, where the sunsets are exceptional.

“Alles perfekt!”

We were completely thrilled with our stay at Marta’s. The accommodation is beautifully situated, quiet, and right in nature. The pool was fresh but perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was especially great: fresh, regional, and very tasty—outdoors in the morning with a view of the wide hill landscape of Marken. Everything was very clean and well maintained, including the modern, spotless bathrooms. The host’s hospitality made our stay special. With Google Translate we communicated well, and Marta gave us great insider tips. A wonderful place to unwind and just shut off, which we wholeheartedly recommend. We’ll come back. The only small challenge was the steep, loose‑gravel driveway that required a bit of effort to get the car up.
