Calling this place modern is a stretch. It's an old building that hasn't been updated – the "kitchen" is just a microwave. The AC is loud and useless, and there's no way to heat or cool the room. The street is noisy with crackheads, and you can hear everything from the other apartments. They took a deposit through a random third‑party site, which feels unsafe. For what you pay, you can find a nicer place.

The curtains in the room are practically see‑through, so there’s no real privacy and it feels like there’s no window at all.
