The location is excellent, close to the main bus road and very convenient for visiting Habarana, Sigiriya, and Dambulla. The rooms were comfortable and well‑kept, offering a relaxing place to stay after exploring the area. The hotel’s surroundings are beautiful, and everything feels peaceful despite being close to transport options. A great choice for travelers looking for comfort and easy access to major attractions.

Rio Hotel is a great place to stay for travelers exploring Habarana, Sigiriya, and Dambulla. The location is very convenient, especially being close to the main road and bus route, making transportation easy. Despite its accessibility, the surroundings are peaceful and pleasant. The hotel has a beautifully maintained garden that adds a relaxing atmosphere to the property. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and perfect for resting after a long day of sightseeing. We found it very easy to travel to nearby attractions such as Sigiriya Rock and Dambulla from here. Overall, a convenient and relaxing place to stay with a lovely environment. Nothing negative.

This little gem of a hotel in Habarana stole my heart. The rooms were spotless and cozy, and the staff were the friendliest I've ever met - they made me feel like part of the family. The setting's a real bonus too, with Sigiriya and Dambulla just a stone's throw away, yet still feeling super peaceful. The grub was top-notch, and dining in the garden was a real treat.
