A very nice hotel with very friendly staff. Nothing else to note.

If you have a car, the location is convenient for visiting Lucerne and nearby attractions such as Stoos Ridge. The room was very small, the fridge barely worked, and there was no air conditioning or even a fan, making the room quite uncomfortable. The breakfast was very basic and seemed to be offered just so the hotel could advertise that breakfast was included. When we checked in, the host asked what time we wanted breakfast. We requested 7:00 a.m. because we planned to leave early each day to visit attractions before the morning crowds. However, she told us that 7:00 a.m. was too early. She suggested that we skip breakfast on the first weekday and said she could prepare it at 7:30 a.m. on the second weekday instead. We were essentially left with no choice but to skip breakfast on the first day, even though breakfast was included with our stay. To be fair, the hotel's listing clearly states that weekday breakfast is served from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., and we stayed on weekdays. We therefore expected breakfast to be available at the advertised start time.

The location is very good. The staff are helpful and smile even at 35 °C! It is a pity that we couldn’t have breakfast on the terrace.

I had a decent breakfast and the staff were friendly, parking was outside and the bathroom was clean. The fridge in my room had a minibar. However, there was no air conditioning and the hotel sits at a busy junction. The bed was uncomfortable, the quilts were too thick so we removed them and only used the covers because it was so hot. The pillows also need replacing. It wasn’t our best stay.

The room was small but cozy and clean. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very good.
