“Okay but room smelled like cooked sausages”
The location was good and the price paid was acceptable. The room had a persistent cooking smell of fried sausages (Wiener Wuerstchen) that you could not get rid of even with airing for 10hs.

The Hotel Central Inn am Hauptbahnhof Pension is located in Berlin's Tiergarten district, near the main railway station. Functionally furnished rooms offer bright decor. The hotel boasts excellent transport links, with nearby bus connections to the railway station, Reichstag, and Brandenburg Gate. A breakfast buffet and German meals are served in the ground-floor restaurant, adjacent to a beer garden.

The location near the station was convenient. The beds were too uncomfortable, and the staff were not very pleasant.

The elevator from 1907 unfortunately did not work. Otherwise everything was fine.

Ideal for the main station. It's an old building with simple rooms, some with shared bathroom. Efficient check in and there's a good Italian restaurant nearby

The location, the hotel was close to the station and other sights. The beds were very uncomfortable, you could feel the springs. It was not very inviting at all.
