The pools were super warm and clean, and the staff from reception to every area were very friendly and eager to help us have a great time. The restaurant didn’t live up to our expectations; the pasta we tried was bland, and I didn’t like that we were charged a municipal fee when we entered the resort without being told.

Muy cálida la atención de todo el personal, del primero al último. Al momento del check‑in, la recepción no informó que podíamos quedarnos usando las piletas después del check‑out, y en la zona de las piletas y el spa la perfumina era muy fuerte; la habitación externa nos vino bien por ser muy notoria.
