I was happy to leave, but everything else was terrible.

I absolutely hated my experience. The carpet in the rooms was sticky, and there were no trash cans in the rooms or building—smh! My key stopped working, and I was locked out of my room for hours while trying to find a staff member. Finally I got ahold of someone and they came and helped! The keys randomly stopped working again, and I couldn’t even get into the building. Mind you, all this happened around 9-10 pm smh—where were the staff? The rooms had roaches! The sheets and beds were itchy as hell. This was a terrible experience for me and my family smh.

The location was convenient to the major highway, dining, and shopping, but there was a lack of security and some of the staff were unprofessional and unavailable.

I didn’t stay there because they had cockroaches, and that was the only reason.
