“Loved it and highly recommend it, especially off-season and not on Thai holidays for a better price”

Friendly and extremely professional staff, clean rooms and facilities, a wonderful pool with a fun slide for kids and adults alike, and plenty of free activities like yoga and archery. Coffee wasn’t great; we’re Italians, so we’re quite picky, and the pool closes early at 5:30 pm.

“Good hotel but not 5 star”

The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, the pools were nice, and towels and sun beds were always free. The beds were comfortable. However, the staff spoke very poor English and often didn’t understand simple requests; only one person in the restaurant could speak good English. The rooms had a strong damp smell, and the hotel is definitely not a 5‑star. Some things feel very dated, a deposit is charged for everything, the rooms are small, and there’s almost no wardrobe space.

“Schöner Aufenthalt in Hua Hin”

The tropical garden was beautiful and well‑maintained, the beach was lovely with clear, clean water, but there were many jellyfish during our stay. The pool was great, the rooms were modern with large balconies and comfortable lounge furniture, and the breakfast buffet was varied and high quality. Pilates and Thai‑Chi fitness classes were well‑led by a very nice trainer. The only downside was the few pool loungers and that the rooms, while nice and modern, were quite small with little storage.

Everything was perfect: the staff were very friendly, the pool was the best ever, and the cocktails were very nice. Nothing was negative.
