The place is amazing. The space is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable. The breakfast area is lovely, with many food options. The tinajas help keep the cold from the Cajón at bay. Everything was very good.

Everything was fine overall, but the room above us was noisy well past 2:30 am. I understand that’s not the hotel’s fault – just the upstairs guests keeping the noise up.

The staff were the highlight – friendly, attentive and really seemed to care, kudos to them! My only gripe was having to keep asking for a hand towel; that could be smoother.

The hot tubs were a nice touch, kept at a good temperature and we even got extra time beyond the 40‑minute limit they mentioned. Unfortunately, after getting out there was no hot water for a shower until the next morning.
