Location, cleanliness. Very small room

The location was excellent, yet the ground‑floor entrance was filthy because of the caterers; the staff were very helpful and even let me check in early, making the stay pleasant overall, so I would return. Still, the ground‑floor entrance was bad.

We were made to wait in the lobby for over an hour because rooms weren’t ready and no clear timelines were given; we left frustrated and the property later changed our booking to a later date without telling us.

Everything was new and clean, the staff were friendly and mindful, but a blackout curtain would improve sleep quality; I strongly recommend adding one to the room. The bed and pillows were brand new and very good, so I rate it 9.0/10.
