The complex is surrounded by plenty of greenery, the staff is very pleasant, and the food is delicious 🙂; the kids’ chocolate massage at the spa is a nice touch 🙂

“Плохой опыт”

The restaurant staff were friendly and polite, but the overall organization and lack of proper guest information were major issues. We were initially given a very dirty room that triggered an asthma attack and a severe nasal congestion. After that, we and a reception staff member went around looking for a cleaner room, and when we finally found one, the staff tried to change it again. In the end, we had to move and change the bedding ourselves between rooms. The room was damp, the bed felt wet, and there were many spiders around the perimeter. The restaurant’s operation was also disappointing; nobody told us that the kitchen closed at 20:00. We placed a small order at 19:45 for those already there, and planned a main order about 30 minutes later for our friends, only to be told we could no longer order. This is a strange situation for a hotel, especially when guests aren’t warned about such early kitchen closures. The weather was rainy, leaving almost nothing to do on the premises. The only positive was the kids’ room, which was decent and kept the child entertained. The overall atmosphere combined with the weather left a very heavy impression—everything was grey, damp, and quite depressing. As soon as we left for Warsaw, our mood immediately changed. In short, the stay was unpleasant and exhausting, and I cannot recommend this place.

Our stay at Rosevia Resort was very successful. The beautiful surroundings (great location and abundant greenery), comfortable conditions, and friendly, helpful staff were all top‑level (including kids’ animation all week, tennis court, pool, private beach access, and other amenities). The breakfasts were very good and varied (nothing missing), and the atmosphere was conducive to real relaxation. We were at the end of the holiday season and could feel the resort wasn’t fully booked, which was another plus for a great vacation. We definitely recommend it and would gladly return. Minor flaws that don’t affect the overall good rating and are worth noting include room and bathroom cleanliness (the rooms were clean but could be more thorough) and the limited operating hours of the hotel restaurant (meals could only be ordered until 19:30, forcing us to look for other restaurants at dinner time).
